5. You want to work within a system (or really create a system) that values your skills/product no matter your gender, race, sexuality or socio-economic background.
6. You grab life by the balls -- or you aspire to. You know this journey has risks but you are courageous enough to walk through it.
7. You have a lot of “slashes” after your name. You don’t like to be fenced in to one thing or one job title.
