In this episode, we turn the mic on co-host Gretchen DeVault. Gretchen has run marketing and design consulting firms for the last decade, while making music, and supporting women in making their own awesome happen. She talks about her history in business, how she balances being creative with running a business, and gives her secrets on how to make a business partnership work.

Co-Host Gretchen DeVaultGretchen is Co-founder + Director of Digital and Creative Services for Tiny Blue Sky, a full service marketing agency for craft beverage, specialty foods and emerging consumer goods. Outside of business, Gretchen is a rock star (literally). She’s a member of two bands and enjoys jamming out whenever possible. Gretchen is married to bandmate and college flame, Zane, who she also runs the business alongside (#relationshipgoals). They have boy-girl twins and reside in Los Angeles.
