Episode 70: Defending victims of sexual assault and domestic violence with Giugi Carminati

In this episode, we talk with attorney Giugi Carminati about her experiences starting her own law firm which represents women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ community. Her law firm focuses on litigating cases involving domestic violence and sexual assault in family law proceedings, protection orders, and civil litigation. Giugi discusses victim blaming, offers tips on how to support yourself or women in your life who may be or may have experience domestic violence or sexual assault. Giugi also talked about building her business and becoming a fierce advocate for women.
