In this episode, we talk with Morgan Elizabeth Brown a Body Confidence Coach in Portland, Oregon who is engaging a niche audience. She shares with us the techniques she uses with her clients to help them stop hating their bodies and start treating themselves with love and respect. She does so with humor, love, and zero bullshit. Morgan pulls from her own experience to help people on their path to a better relationship with their body WITHOUT dieting and weight loss.

Her experience with her own body acceptance journey has given Morgan the empathy and inspiration to help people on their path to a better relationship with their body without dieting or weight loss. She also shares with us how she builds her client space in such a niche and sensitive space.

Morgan Elizabeth Brown

Niche Audience Engager Morgan Elizabeth BrownMorgan is a Body Confidence Coach. Her experience with her own body acceptance journey has given Morgan the empathy and inspiration to help people on their path to a better relationship with their body without dieting or weight loss. She shares tools and techniques with her clients to help them stop hating their bodies and start treating themselves with love and respect. She does this with humor, love, and zero bullshit.

Morgan brings a wealth of education and professional experience to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University, as well as both a Masters of Public Policy in Healthcare and a Masters of Public Health in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University. For most of her career, Morgan have worked in the social sector, doing everything from direct services to development and strategy for nonprofits organizations. She holds a Life Coach Certification from the Life Coach School and has done additional training in coaching as activism and body acceptance.
